HyraMode VIP — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To subscribe to HyraMode VIP, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have a valid payment method on file. Membership is limited to one account per individual. HyraMode reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone at its discretion.

2. Billing & Subscription Cycle

HyraMode VIP is a monthly subscription service that auto-renews on the same date each month. Your first month begins as a trial at $1.99, after which you will be automatically billed at the rate of your selected tier (Starter: $9.99/month, Premium: $19.99/month, or Ultimate: $39.99/month). All charges are processed through the payment method associated with your account. You will receive an email receipt for each billing cycle.

3. Store Credits

Each billing cycle, your membership fee is converted into HyraMode store credit of equal value. Credits are applied to your account within 24 hours of successful payment. Credits are:

• Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
• No cash value: Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded as currency.
• Applicable to any purchase: Credits can be applied to any product in the HyraMode store, including sale items.
• Cumulative: Unused credits roll over and accumulate month to month while your membership is active.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your HyraMode VIP membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@hyramode.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access to all VIP benefits until that date. Upon cancellation, unused store credits will remain available in your account for 90 days. After 90 days, any remaining credits will expire. Re-subscribing within the 90-day window restores full credit access.

5. Trial Terms

New members receive their first month at the introductory rate of $1.99, regardless of the selected tier. The $1.99 trial fee is non-refundable and converts to $1.99 in store credit. After the trial month, your subscription auto-renews at the full price of your selected tier. You may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged the full tier price.

6. Pausing Your Membership

Members may pause their subscription for up to 3 consecutive months. During the pause period, no billing occurs and no new credits are issued. Existing credits are preserved. Your membership will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.

7. Program Modifications

HyraMode reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP program (or any part thereof) at any time. Members will be given at least 30 days' written notice via email before any material changes take effect, including changes to pricing, credit terms, or benefits. Continued use of the membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

HyraMode's liability under this program is limited to the value of credits earned under the membership. HyraMode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the VIP program.
