While Hyramode strives to accurately display the colors and images of our products:
Material Composition: Our jewelry is crafted from base metals including but not limited to copper, brass, and stainless steel, and is plated with 14K Gold, Rhodium, or other finishes.
"Waterproof" & Durability Claims: Terms such as "waterproof," "tarnish-resistant," or "lifeproof" used in marketing materials refer to the enhanced durability of our PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating compared to standard electroplating. However, no plated jewelry is impervious to wear. Exposure to saltwater, chlorine, heavy perspiration, perfumes, lotions, and skin acidity will eventually affect the plating. Such gradual degradation is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty as a manufacturing defect.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Metal Sensitivity: Hyramode jewelry contains copper and may contain trace amounts of nickel or other metals inherent in the plating process. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of their allergies. Hyramode is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin discoloration (greening), or irritation resulting from the use of our products.
Choking Hazard: Our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 12.

FOB Shipping Point: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).
Delivery Times: Provided estimates are not guarantees.
Return Policy:
Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Hygiene Exclusion (Final Sale): For health and safety reasons, all earrings and pierced jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective.
Restocking: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or deny the return if items are returned in poor condition.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
