Our Collections
What are your two collections?
We make jewelry in two collections — same design language, different personalities.
Our Stainless Steel Collection is the no-rules line. PVD-bonded 18K gold or naturally polished silver over surgical-grade stainless steel — built to resist tarnish, scratching, peeling, and fading. Shower in it. Work out in it. Forget you’re wearing it. That’s the point.
Our Brass Collection is the warmer, more expressive line. 14K gold or silver finish over solid brass — lighter on the skin, richer in tone, with a vintage warmth that stainless steel can’t quite match. Brass naturally deepens over time, which we consider a feature, not a flaw.
Which collection should I choose?
If you want something you won’t want to take off — Stainless Steel. If you want something with a little more soul — Brass. And if you can’t decide — layer them together. They were designed to mix.
Can I wear both collections together?
Different chain lengths, different textures, different weights — layering is about how pieces play together, not what they're made of. Mix freely.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All HyraMode jewelry is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin — across both our Stainless Steel and Brass collections.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our Stainless Steel collection is fully water-resistant — safe for showering, swimming, and working out. Our Brass collection is water-friendly for everyday wear, though we recommend removing pieces before prolonged water exposure to preserve the finish.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Stainless Steel pieces need very little care — just wipe with a soft cloth. For Brass pieces, we recommend storing them in the pouch provided and avoiding prolonged contact with perfume, lotion, or chlorine to keep the finish looking its best.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?

What about your lifetime exchange?
We stand behind every piece we make. If your jewelry shows a defect in material or craftsmanship at any point, contact us at support@hyramode.com and we’ll arrange an exchange — no time limit.
