Return & Refund Policy

This return and refund policy is provided by LUMINA MODE LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as "Hyramode" (collectively, "Hyramode," "we," "us," or "our"). At Hyramode, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, fashion-forward jewelry that empowers your daily style. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you choose.

To give you peace of mind while shopping, we offer a 30-Day Return Window. However, as a provider of personal jewelry, we must strictly adhere to hygiene and quality standards to ensure every customer receives a brand-new item.

Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to initiate a return request.

Late Returns: If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Tracking: The “Delivery Date” is determined strictly by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, Canada Post, etc.).

2. Eligibility for Returns (Strictly Enforced)

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in “Brand New, Giftable Condition”. We strictly enforce the following:

MANDATORY: The Hyramode Tag Must Be Attached.

Your item arrives with a barcode/UPC tag attached. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep the item.

Items returned without the original Hyramode tag attached (removed, cut, altered, or reattached) cannot be accepted for refund.

Unworn & Unused: The item must show absolutely no signs of wear, scratches, or exposure to chemicals (perfume, lotion).

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original pouch/box to prevent damage during transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To ensure the hygiene and safety of our community, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Earrings & Pierced Jewelry: For sanitary reasons, all earrings (studs, hoops, drops) are not eligible for return. Once a package containing earrings is opened, we cannot verify if they have been tried on, and we do not restock worn ear jewelry. This helps ensure every Hyramode customer receives unworn ear jewelry.

Discounted & Promotional Items: Any item purchased at a discounted price, on sale, or from a “Clearance / Final Sale” collection is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

4. Jewelry Material & Tarnish Disclaimer

Hyramode offers two product lines, each crafted with different materials and finishes. Please review the care expectations for your collection:

Brass Collection

Brass base plated with 14K Gold, Shining Silver, or Rhodium. As plated fashion jewelry, these pieces are subject to natural wear over time.

• Body Chemistry: pH levels in skin, along with exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, and lotions, can cause plated jewelry to oxidize or tarnish over time. This may also result in a temporary “green finger” effect for some people.

• Not a Manufacturing Defect: Tarnish, discoloration, or skin reaction caused by wear and environmental factors is a natural physical reaction and is not covered under our return policy for defects.

Stainless Steel Collection

316L Stainless Steel with 18K Gold PVD Plating or Original Silver Tone. PVD plating offers improved durability and water resistance under normal wear, but no plated finish is permanent. Review material details if you have a known metal allergy.

• Everyday Durability: Our PVD-plated stainless steel is designed to withstand daily wear, including light contact with water and sweat, without tarnishing.

• Care Recommendations: While PVD plating is exceptionally durable, extreme conditions (chlorine, saltwater, harsh chemicals, or abrasive surfaces) may still affect the finish over extended exposure.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received, our warehouse team will inspect the item (checking for tags and signs of wear).

Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after your return is received and approved by our warehouse.

Rejection: If the item is returned without a tag, worn, or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund. The item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns (unless the item arrived damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective item (e.g., a broken clasp, missing stone, or structural damage upon arrival), we’ve got you covered.

Reporting Window: You must report the defect within 48 hours of delivery.

Action: Please email support@hyramode.com with your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and a photo showing the original packaging. We will respond within 2 business days and arrange for a free replacement.

7. Lifetime Exchange Program

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Hyramode piece. As a token of our commitment, we offer a Lifetime Exchange Program to our customers, allowing you to refresh your style anytime after your 30-day return window has passed.

How It Works

• You may exchange any eligible Hyramode item for a different style from our current collection, at any time after your 30-day return window has passed.

• A shipping & handling fee of $9.90 USD is charged per item exchanged. This fee covers the cost of shipping your new piece to you.

• For sets (typically 3 pieces), each piece is treated as an individual item. You may exchange pieces individually or together, but the $9.90 fee applies to every item you choose to exchange (e.g., exchanging all 3 pieces at once = $29.70 total in shipping & handling fees).

Price Difference

• If the new item’s current listed price is higher than your original item’s current listed price, you are responsible for paying the difference.

• If the new item’s current listed price is lower, the difference is not refundable and is treated as part of the exchange.

• All price comparisons are based on the current retail price on hyramode.com at the time of exchange, not your original purchase price.

Frequency Limit

• Each item is eligible for exchange once every 12 months under this program.

Eligibility Requirements

• The program applies only to the original purchaser with a valid Hyramode order number.

• Items must be returned in identifiable condition. We understand normal wear is expected for lifetime-owned pieces, but items must not be broken, deformed, or damaged beyond normal wear.

• The returned item must be a genuine Hyramode product.

Not Eligible for Lifetime Exchange

• Earrings and pierced jewelry (for sanitary reasons)

• Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or from Final Sale / Clearance collections

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of intentional damage, alteration, or modification

Important Notes

• Lifetime Exchange is exchange-only and cannot be converted into a refund, store credit, or cash value.

• Return shipping costs to our warehouse are the customer’s responsibility.

• Hyramode reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the program is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

• Hyramode reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time; however, exchanges already approved will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of approval.

How to Request a Lifetime Exchange

Email support@hyramode.com with your original order number, a photo of the item you wish to exchange, and the name or SKU of the new item you’d like. Our team will confirm eligibility, calculate any price difference, and provide a return shipping address within 2 business days.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after placement. If you wish to cancel, please contact support@hyramode.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

9. How to Initiate a Return

Check Eligibility: Verify your item is within 30 days, has the tag attached, and is not an earring.

Contact Us: Visit our website or email support@hyramode.com with your Order # to start the process.

Pack Safely: Place the item (with tags) back in its original packaging.

Ship: Mail the item to the address provided by our support team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
