U.S. Shipping Policy

This policy is provided by LUMINA MODE LLC, doing business as HyraMode.

Where we ship

HyraMode currently ships only to deliverable addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Standard shipping is free for all eligible United States orders. The estimated total delivery time is 2–7 business days and includes order handling and carrier transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, or holidays may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email tracking details after the order has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping address

Provide a complete and accurate United States delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout according to the delivery address and applicable law.
