Standard shipping is free on every HyraMode order to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

• Canada

We do not currently ship to other international destinations. APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, and freight-forwarding addresses may require special arrangements; contact us before ordering.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays or major promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and Canadian customs processing may extend delivery time.

Tracking

We email a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Canadian Duties & Taxes

Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities or the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows no delivery after the estimated window, or the package arrives damaged, email support@hyramode.com with your order number. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. For a package marked delivered but not found, contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
