Returns, Refunds & Lifetime Exchange

We want you to know exactly what is eligible before you order. The summary below reflects our current Refund Policy.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The original HyraMode tag must remain attached.
• Start the request before the 30-day window ends.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final-Sale Items

• Earrings and other pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons
• Items purchased on sale, with a promotional discount, or from a final-sale collection
• Gift cards

We do not restock pierced jewelry that may have been opened or tried on, helping ensure each customer receives unworn ear jewelry.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Email support@hyramode.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a photo of the original packaging. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the required replacement shipping.

Lifetime Exchange Program

After the 30-day return window, the original purchaser may exchange an eligible item for a current style under the following terms:

• Eligible full-price, non-pierced items may be exchanged once every 12 months.
• A $9.90 shipping and handling fee applies to each item exchanged.
• The customer pays return shipping to HyraMode.
• If the replacement costs more, the customer pays the difference.
• If it costs less, the difference is not refunded.
• Each piece in a set is treated as an individual item.

Earrings, pierced jewelry, sale or discounted items, gift cards, altered items, and items damaged beyond normal identifiable wear are not eligible for Lifetime Exchange. The program provides an exchange only, not cash, store credit, or a refund.

How to Start

Email support@hyramode.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. For a Lifetime Exchange, also include a photo of the original piece and the name of the replacement style. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.
