Getting Started
What is HyraMode VIP?
HyraMode VIP is a monthly membership program where your subscription fee is converted into store credit. Think of it as a jewelry savings account with premium perks — every dollar you pay comes back to you as credit to spend on any product in our store.
How do I sign up?
Visit our VIP membership page, choose your tier (Starter, Premium, or Ultimate), and complete checkout. Your first month is just $1.99 regardless of which tier you select.
What are the membership tiers?
Starter ($9.99/mo): $9.99 monthly credit, free shipping, members-only access, lifetime exchange, and priority support.
Premium ($19.99/mo): Everything in Starter, plus $19.99 monthly credit and an extra 10% off all purchases.
Ultimate ($39.99/mo): Everything in Premium, plus $39.99 monthly credit, 15% off all purchases, and a free curated gift every month.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. HyraMode VIP is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
Billing & Payments
When am I billed?
You are billed on the same date each month, starting from your signup date. For example, if you sign up on March 15, your next billing date will be April 15. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay for membership billing.
How does the $1.99 trial work?
Your first month costs just $1.99, regardless of which tier you choose. You receive $1.99 in store credit for the trial month plus access to all VIP perks. After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the regular price of your chosen tier. The trial fee is non-refundable.
Can I change my tier after signing up?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you can choose to pay the difference immediately to unlock higher-tier benefits right away.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. You will be notified via email after each failed attempt. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your membership will be paused until the billing issue is corrected.
Credits & Usage
Do my credits expire?
No. As long as your membership is active, your credits never expire and roll over each month. If you cancel, unused credits remain for 90 days.
How do I use my credits?
Credits are automatically applied at checkout. When you reach the payment step, you will see your available credit balance and the option to apply it to your order. You can choose to apply all or part of your credit.
Can I use credits on sale items?
Absolutely! Credits can be applied to any product in the store, including sale and clearance items. VIP tier discounts (10% for Premium, 15% for Ultimate) are applied before credits, giving you the best possible price.
Can I stack credits with discount codes or promotions?
Yes! VIP credits can be combined with most promotional discount codes. Your VIP tier discount is applied first, then any promo code, and finally your store credit. Some exclusive sale events may have specific terms — these will be clearly stated.
Can I transfer credits to someone else?
Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account. However, you can gift someone their own VIP membership through our Gift VIP page.
Where can I check my credit balance?
Log in to your account and visit the VIP dashboard to see your current credit balance, credit history, and upcoming billing date. Your balance is also displayed during checkout.
Cancellation & Pausing
How do I cancel?
Log in to your account, go to your VIP membership settings, and click "Cancel Membership." You can also contact support@hyramode.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain all benefits until then.
What happens to my credits when I cancel?
After cancellation, your unused credits remain available for 90 days. We strongly recommend using your credits before they expire. If you re-subscribe within 90 days, your credits are fully restored.
Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
Yes! You can pause for up to 3 months. During the pause, you won't be billed and no new credits will be added, but your existing credits remain safe. Your membership resumes automatically at the end of the pause period.
Can I get a refund on my membership?
Since membership fees are converted to store credit, refunds are generally not provided. The $1.99 trial is non-refundable. If you experience a billing issue, contact support@hyramode.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Gifting
Can I gift a VIP membership?
Yes! We offer 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month gift memberships. Visit our Gift VIP page to purchase. You can include a personal message that will be sent to the recipient via email.
Does the gift membership auto-renew?
No. Gift memberships end after the gifted period with no automatic renewal. The recipient can choose to subscribe on their own after the gift period ends.
Can I schedule a gift for a future date?
Yes! During checkout, you can select a delivery date for the gift notification email. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries. The membership activates when the recipient clicks their activation link.
Other Questions
Do I need a membership to shop at HyraMode?
Not at all! HyraMode is open to everyone. VIP membership simply gives you additional savings, credits, and exclusive perks. Non-members can browse and purchase normally.
Can I have more than one VIP membership?
Membership is limited to one active subscription per account. If you need to manage multiple accounts (e.g., for gifting), each recipient must have their own HyraMode account.
