At Hyramode, we are dedicated to infusing your daily style with vibrant energy and exquisite design. We stand behind the quality of our products upon arrival. This Warranty and Return Policy ("Policy") applies to all products purchased directly from Hyramode.com.

Please read this document carefully. It contains important information regarding your rights, obligations, and the limitations and exclusions that apply to your purchase.

1. THE HYRAMODE 30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Hyramode warrants that our jewelry will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable.

1.1 What Is Covered (Manufacturing Defects)

We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any item that proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 30-day window. Covered defects include:

 

Structural Failures: Clasps that do not open/close properly; jump rings that are not soldered or closed correctly upon arrival.

 

 

Component Issues: Loose or missing gemstones/crystals detected immediately upon unboxing or within the first month of wear.

 

 

Plating Errors: Significant, visible spots of missing plating or peeling present at the time of delivery.

 

1.2 What Is NOT Covered (Wear and Tear & Material Characteristics)

Hyramode jewelry is crafted from a copper/brass core plated with 14K Gold or Rhodium. These are fashion jewelry materials designed for aesthetic appeal. This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover:

 

Natural Oxidation & Tarnish: The gradual fading of gold/rhodium plating or the darkening of the base metal caused by exposure to air, moisture, oils, or time. This is a natural life-cycle of plated jewelry and is expected to occur over time.

 

 

pH Chemical Reactions ("Green Skin"): Discoloration of the skin caused by the interaction between the copper base metal and the acidity (pH) of your skin or sweat. This is a scientific reaction, not a manufacturing defect.

 

 

Accidental Damage: Broken chains, bent posts, or crushed components resulting from pulling, snagging, dropping, or improper storage.

 

 

Improper Care: Damage caused by exposure to water (swimming, showering), perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning agents, or polishing with harsh chemicals.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for jewelry lost or stolen after confirmed delivery or during use.

 

2. MATERIAL DISCLOSURE

Consumer Notice: Our products are made of copper/brass. While copper is a durable metal, it is naturally reactive.

 

Body Chemistry: Every individual's skin pH is different. Some people may experience oxidation (turning the skin green) faster than others. This is harmless and can typically be washed off.

 

 

Allergy Disclaimer: While we strive to use materials that are comfortable for most, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% allergen-free for every individual. Hyramode shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions.

 

3. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

3.1 30-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the shipping date.

 

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

 

Inspection: All returns are inspected. Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or altered packaging will be rejected and returned to the sender.

 

3.2 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a valid manufacturing defect is reported within 72 hours of delivery:

 

Earrings: Due to hygiene standards for piercing products.

 

 

Clearance/Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

 

 

Gift Cards.

 

3.3 Reporting Damaged/Defective Items

We inspect every piece before shipment, but damage can occur in transit.

 

Reporting Window: You must report any items that arrived damaged or defective within 72 hours (3 days) of the delivery timestamp.

 

 

Proof Required: Please email support@hyramode.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the defect.

 

 

Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. We may, at our discretion, waive the requirement to return the damaged item (Returnless Resolution) to expedite your service.

 

3.4 Shipping Costs

 

Defective/Wrong Item: Hyramode covers shipping costs for replacements.

 

 

Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES (COLORADO UCC COMPLIANCE)

THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS ARE ESSENTIAL TO THIS AGREEMENT AND ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE CONSPICUOUS:

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN SECTION 1, HYRAMODE PROVIDES ITS PRODUCTS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HYRAMODE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

SPECIFICALLY, HYRAMODE DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATING WILL LAST FOR ANY SPECIFIC DURATION BEYOND THE 30-DAY WARRANTY PERIOD, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT THE JEWELRY WILL NOT CAUSE SKIN DISCOLORATION DUE TO NATURAL CHEMICAL REACTIONS.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL HYRAMODE, ITS PARENT ENTITY, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF HYRAMODE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy and your purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Arbitration: Any dispute or claim relating to your use of Hyramode's products shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, rather than in court.

 

 

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
