30-Day Limited Warranty

HyraMode warrants that jewelry purchased directly from hyramode.com will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.

This voluntary limited warranty is additional to your rights under applicable law and does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. For returns and refunds, including items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description, see our Refund Policy.

What Is Covered

• A clasp, jump ring, or closure that does not function correctly under normal use
• A loose or missing stone discovered on arrival or during the warranty period
• A significant area of missing or peeling finish that was present when the item arrived
• An incorrect or transit-damaged item reported within the 30-day warranty period

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear, surface scratches, or gradual finish changes
• Broken chains, bent posts, or crushed components caused by pulling, snagging, dropping, or improper storage
• Damage caused by exposure to water, sweat, saltwater, chlorine, perfume, lotion, cleaners, or abrasion beyond the use and care stated for the specific product. This exclusion does not override the product's stated features or your rights under applicable law.
• Natural patina or color change in brass and temporary skin discoloration caused by individual skin chemistry
• Loss, theft, intentional damage, alteration, or use contrary to the care instructions

Material Expectations

Materials, finishes, and water-resistance claims vary by product. Refer to the specific product description and care instructions. A water-resistance statement does not mean that chlorine, saltwater, chemicals, or repeated abrasion cannot affect a plated finish. Brass jewelry should be kept dry. See our Jewelry Care Guide.

How to Make a Claim

Email support@hyramode.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and original packaging. Transit damage, visible defects, and other manufacturing defects should be reported within the 30-day warranty period. Once verified, HyraMode may repair, replace, or refund the affected item.
